The primary responsibility of the Assessor is to locate, identify and value all Real Property in the municipality. The office has copies of the Yates County Tax Maps, There are copies of deeds for the majority of properties, copies of surveys for the properties that have been recently surveyed. We process all local property Tax Exemptions.
